These socks are inspired by a mystery memory from my trip to the mega city of Kairo, Egypt just weeks before the outbreak of the Arab Spring revolution. Although the atmosphere in the downtown areas of the city was a bit tense, we could enjoy visits to the stunning Great Pyramids of Giza, the amazing Sfinx and the iconic exhibitions at the Egyptian Museum. I have some wonderful memories from this trip and with this beautiful pair of Mystery socks I am sharing one special memory one with you! 

In this kit you will receive

- Pdf of the pattern (in English) to be emailed to the adress you register with your order

Registration and shipping
This Mystery Socks preorder is open for registration until December 1st and the yarn kits will be shipped out by December 15th. If you place other items in the same order, they will be shipped together with the Mystery kit. 

Exclusive pattern
The pattern will remain exclusive for Mystery Socks knitters for a period of six months before being released for purchase on Ravelry.

Skill level
Intermediate
This sock contains latvian braids, stripes and a few rows of two-colour knitting.

Yarn info
75% Superwash merino wool / 25% Nylon
150 g / 600 m hand dyed sock yarn
Suitable for sock knitting with needles 2,5 mm

Care instructions
Machine wash in 40 °C. Wash with similar colours. Lay flat to dry.
