Handspun Single Yarn

Vickevira Handspun Singles are unique handmade yarns dyed in the wool and spun on my beloved Ashford Joy spinning wheel.

Single spun yarns are perfect for knitting gorgeous shawls. As dyed in the wool, this yarn will give you a beautiful seamless change of colours just knitted from one end of the skein to the other. Combine two colourways for happily coloured stripes, or add MyPrecious Mohair for an amazingly warm and cuddly shawl for the winter season!

Wind it and knit some magic!

All yarn singles are spun from 100% non superwash high quality wool.
The type of wool is mentioned on each skein together with weight and meterage.

Corriedale wool: Next-to-skin soft wool with New Zealand origin.
Punta Arenas wool: Soft and cozy wool originating from Chile.

My effort is to make yarns looking as much as possible as in the picture, but with this totally handmade processed yarn you can expect some colour variation between skeins both in hues and intensity of colours, as well as in length of colour parts.

Care instructions
Hand wash in luke warm water. Lay flat to dry.
This yarn will felt if not handled carefully.
