Sustainable mulesing-free merino, non-superwash, no adds - just pure natural supersoft wool. A yarn to choose because you care!

Merino100 is a fingering yarn spun from extrafine (19.5 micron) merino fibre. This is a luxury fibre with an exeptionally soft handle. The fibres are longer staple (around 3.5 inches/85mm, which is long for merino fibre) to reduce pilling. The ethical sourcing of the fibre is very important to us. These Australian merino fibre are sourced from farms where high standards of animal welfare are required.

Merino100 is a very soft, bouncy and cuddly yarn which is perfectly suitable for baby garments, sweaters, cardigans, shawls, mittens and other next-to-skin accessories.

100% non-superwash merino wool

Suitable for needles 2,5mm - 4mm depending on project choosen

In addition to colours shown here, all available colours of Scoop Sock Yarn (except Frost) can be ordered. Please keep in mind that colours usually will be a bit softer on merino than on sock yarn. Custom orders only in 2x100g lots. Contact me for request.

Care instructions
This yarn is not superwash treated.
Wash by hand in luke warm water. It will felt if not carefully handled.
Lay flat to dry.
