MyPrecious Yarns

The beautiful MyPrecious colourways are dyed on two amazing yarn bases. The fingering weight sock base is perfect for sock knitting as the nylon makes it strong and durable, and the lace weight kid-silk mohair base is increadably soft and light and knits up to a fluffy cloud! Knitting one thread of each held together makes a perfect yarn combination for warm cuddly shawls and garments.

Sock yarn
75% Superwash wool / 25% Nylon
Each skein 100 g / 400 m
Needles 2,5mm - 4mm depending on project choosen.

Mohair yarn
72% Lustrous kid mohair / 28% Mulberry silk
Mohair is sourced from Europe and South Africa. The mill that spins the mohair also own their own farm and are passionate about the quality of their products and animal welfare.
Each skein 50 g / 420 m
Needles 2,5mm - 4mm depending on project choosen.

Care instructions
The sock yarn base is superwash treated and can be washed in machine on 40 °C.
Mohair yarn base should be washed by hand as it might felt if not treated carefully, and the same also for projects which uses both yarns combined.
Wash with similar colours and lay flat to dry.
